Given 40 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, complete as many reps of the following, starting from the top. Complete 40 reps of each movement before moveing on to the next (notice the Bear crawls are only 10 reps): Rx is 45/33 for press, 20/14 for wall ball and 50 foot Bear Crawl.
