Important Change!!!

After some feedback and discussion, we have decided to revamp our Saturday schedule.....again!  Starting THIS SATURDAY, Jan 21st here is our new schedule....

8:30am WOD class
9:30am WOD class
10:30am WOD class
12pm CrossFit Kids (coming soon)
1:00pm Beginners class

This should work well with the train schedule for those coming from Manhattan.
