*NOTICE*

After HUSH we are taking a much needed break.  GOTHAM will be closed Wednesday July 4th - Sunday July 8th.

We will re-open Monday July 9th, regular schedule.

July is 'Running Month' where we will work skills and drills for running form.  In preparation, get out a run during our break.  
Pick standard distances and time them to have a rough estimate of your current performance level.
Some standard distances are 1 mile, 5K (3.2 miles), and 10K (6.4 miles).

“Hope”

Three rounds of:
Burpees
75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24" box
75 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups

"Hope" has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.
